John Thielepape, D.Min.

Director of Missions

John is a graduate of Belmont University, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also attended Baylor University and remains a fan of the Baylor Bears. He has served as a Missionary Journeyman in Kitwe, Zambia and as Youth Minister and Pastor at churches in Texas. Most recently, he served for eleven years as Pastor of Meadow Lane Baptist in Arlington, TX.

He is a trained Conflict Mediator, Church Health Consultant, and facilitator for Prepare/Enrich.

John’s hobbies are fly fishing, hiking/backpacking, history, sports officiating, and golf.

John and his wife Lottie have two children, Kelcie and Sean. They are members of the Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church in Weatherford.
